CIP FitCamp

CIP will be having a weekly fitness class! This will be free and open to the community! Every Wednesday night at 6pm and every Saturday morning at 11am. Each class will be 1hr and 30min. long, so be ready to sweat! Khyla Rashada will your fitness instructor. We will provide all of the necessary equipment. All you need to bring is water and a sweat towel (if needed). All classes will be a mix of Power training, HIT, and Stretching! We can’t wait to see you all!!
